Prior to joining Retail Search Group Joan worked for nine years as a retail buyer in the department store sector and as a product developer for a wholesale sporting goods manufacturer. Her retail and wholesale experience has given her a distinct advantage as a recruiter because she understands the needed relationship between manufacturer and retailer.
