She is highly experienced in specialty, luxury, big box, department store and chain, delivering the most impactful players to every corner of the country, and beyond.

Since 1994, Kim has recruited retail’s best in class leaders from Management to Executive which includes positions like: Store Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, and Executive Management. On the Human Resources side they include positions like: Generalist, Managers, Directors, Field and Executive Management, high-level retail professionals that strategically deliver and drive company growth and profitability.


Kim has earned the industry’s highest levels of recognition during her professional recruiting career as the Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) of the Year 2007. The 2007 CSAM of the Year is the single highest “lifetime achievement” award a recruiter can receive by MRINetwork. This honor is awarded to only one current CSAM who has demonstrated industry leadership and success.

Kim’s amazing career is reflected in being a perennial President’s Club Award winner; this recognition places Kim among the elite top group of recruiters.

Kim is recognized for completing industry certification as a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM).
